    EIKA group

    EIKA has been active in real estate since 1993 and has a wide range of experience in the development and management of real estate projects – from the acquisition of a plot, architectural vision and development of an idea, to its final implementation. During its 28 years of operation, EIKA has built nearly 5,800 apartments and 590,000 square metres of both commercial and residential buildings. Many times the group has received awards as the best real estate developer in Lithuania, with the company’s projects Santariškių Namai, Basanavičiaus 9A and Eika Namai Pilaitėje recognized as the best in Lithuania.

    EIKA Group provides a full range of real estate services. It offers product development, construction contracting and management, asset management, investment and finance attraction, as well as investment in real estate, and sales and marketing services.

    Interest in the latest technologies and attention to our clients’ needs enables us to develop innovative, comfortable, and energy-efficient residential, commercial, public and other building projects. Currently, EIKA is managing and developing ten residential projects in Vilnius. In 2019, it opened the first Hilton hotel in Lithuania, and, together with its partners, in 2018 it opened Lithuania’s first co-living student house, Solo Society in Kaunas.

    • UAB Eika is a leader in the real estate market, successfully providing all real estate services, from land acquisition to key handover, building maintenance, and administration. Creating a new and sustainable quality of life and work. Recognised by clients and business partners for innovation, reliability, and progress.
    • UAB Eikos Statyba is one of the strongest Lithuanian construction companies with extensive experience in the construction and renovation of mixed-use buildings. The company provides a wide range of services, including general construction works, façade insulation, concrete pouring, electrical installation, and other works.
    • UAB Eika Asset Management is a fund management company providing services to informed investors since 2016. EAM activities are licensed and supervised by the Bank of Lithuania. The management company is authorised to manage collective investment undertakings for informed investors. EAM’s team consists of investment management professionals with more than 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development, knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to analyse it and identify investment opportunities and risks.
    • Hilton Garden Inn – the first Hilton hotel in Lithuania, opened in 2019 in the Live Square complex. It is a new addition to Gediminas Avenue, where you will hardly pass by without a look of wonder and admiration. Step inside the 7,000 square metre building and you’re greeted by an incredible fusion of modernity and national heritage – a true architectural masterpiece. The modern interior is distinguished by subtle accents of Lithuanian culture: a unique smouldering fireplace, brass ornaments on the floor – an allusion to hanging gardens, and Baltic brass patterns on the pavement. Guests will appreciate the communal spaces and the roof terrace, which offers a breathtaking panorama of Vilnius.
    • UAB Apdailos Formatas is a professional finishing installation company that carries out interior finishing works in new buildings in Vilnius. The company employs qualified specialists with many years of experience in residential and commercial fitting-out, who are able to ensure quality, precision work and the completion of the fitting-out according to the agreed schedule.
    • Solo society is the first co-living student house in Lithuania. Located in the heart of Kaunas, the student house offers more than 200 rooms for students from all over the world. It’s a place where everyone gets a comfortable environment to live, study, and work. Even when the house is full, each resident can find a quiet space or common areas to suit their mood and activities. The Eika Group owns a 50% stake in this building.
    • Šiauliai and Kėdainiai Free Economic Zones (FEZ) – together with partners Progresyvūs Valdymo Sprendimai – were established to develop and expand economic-commercial and financial activities. The FEZ guarantees exceptional economic and legal conditions. The Šiauliai FEZ was established in 2015 and manages 133 ha of land. The Kėdainiai FEZ was established in 2014 and owns 130 ha of land. Both zones are characterised by their excellent strategic locations and well-developed infrastructures.

    • Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) has voted EIKA APARTMENTS IN PILAITĖ the best residential project in 2011;
    • Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) has voted SANTARIŠKIŲ NAMAI the best residential project in 2009;
    • Project JŪROS VARTAI was granted the status of national importance in 2008;
    • Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) has voted JŪROS VARTAI the best commercial-public project in 2007;
    • Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) has voted SANTARIŠKIŲ NAMAI the best residential project in 2005 – 2006.

    EIKA was certified by the Office Veritas Quality International Lietuva and awarded the following standards in the fields of building design management, building construction management, construction investigation, building examination, building technical maintenance including Engineering functions on the basis of FIDIC management:

    • Quality Standard ISO 9001:2000 / LST EN ISO 9001:2001;
    • Environmental Standard ISO 14001:2004 / LST EN ISO 14001:2005.
    • Occupational Health and Safety Standard OHSAS18001:2007 / LST 1977:2008.

    EIKOS STATYBA was awarded the following standard in the fields of management of building design and general construction works, installation of internal engineering networks (water supply, sewage, heat supply heating, ventilation, electricity), reconstruction of buildings of cultural heritage merit. The quality standard was issued:

    • Quality Standard ISO 9001:2008 / EN ISO 9001:2008.
    • Occupational Health and Safety Standard OHSAS18001:2007 / LST 1977:2008.
