5000square meters shopping center in Pilaitė hosts NORFA food store covering nearly 4,000 square meters, as well as various specialized shops, a veterinary clinic, a pharmacy, floral and beauty salons, dry cleaners and other outlets. The new shopping center has a parking with 165 spaces, a car wash and a gardening center.
“Over 96 % of premises in the new shopping center have been leased already. Currently, we are negotiating with the potential tenant and expect to have premises fully leased by autumn“, says Aistė Adamonytė, Acting Director of Asset Management Department at Eika.
The company’s investment in the new shopping centre amounts to 15 million litas. The building construction took 8 months.
