In Euromoney international awards “Eika” was selected as the best real estate (RE) development company in Lithuania in 2013. The company is winning this award for the fourth year in a row. This year “Eika” was also nominated as the best residential development company in Lithuania.
“This year’s success is a pleasant nomination for us, since the competition is continuously growing in the recovering real estate market, and winning prizes becomes more difficult,” said Domas Dargis, “Eika” Development Director.
Euromoney awards are granted after summing up the survey results of international real estate development and construction companies, consulting companies, financial institutions and investors. This London-based magazine has conducted the survey of real estate firms for the ninth time.According to Euromoney,
