Eika has been recognised as the best real estate development company in Lithuania in 2012. “Eika” was selected as the best development company for the third time in the row in the awards organised by the financial market publication Euromoney.
“Euromoney results support our consistent and targeted activities. Due to our dedicated work and new, innovative ideas, we were awarded the title of top company for the third year in a row. We would like to express our thanks to the Lithuanian and the international business community for this high regard and confidence in us, which inspires us to face future challenges”, said Domas Dargis, Director of Development at “Eika”.
The prestigious magazine evaluates the achievements of real estate companies operating in more than 50 countries when considering candidates for its real estate awards. According to Clive Horwood, Editor of Euromoney, annual real estate awards go to companies characterised by their efficient work, taking into account market developments, implementing innovations and successfully using their company’s advantages.
Euromoney, which is published in London, has previously recognised “Eika” as the best real estate company in 2011, 2010, 2008 and 2007.
