Prestigious Euromoney awards are given after an opinion summarization of international real estate development and construction companies, advisory companies, financial institutions and investors. The magazine, which is published in London, conducted an assessment poll of real estate companies for the seventh time.

Euromoney also recognised UAB Eika as the best real estate development company in Lithuania for the years 2010, 2008 and 2007.
