The international capital and financial market publication Euromoney has acknowledged the company EIKA the Best Real Estate Developer in Lithuania 2018 in the International Real Estate Awards. In addition, the company has retained its first position as the best residential housing development company in Lithuania and took the first place in the category of mixed projects.
EIKA has been evaluated for the 10th time out of 13 in Euromoney Awards that are given after summarising the opinions of international real estate development and construction companies, consulting companies, financial institutions and investors.
This year EIKA has established its position in leaders’ Top 5 and other categories: industry/warehouses (4th position), leisure/hotels (2nd position), business centres (2nd position) and supermarkets (5th position). “This is an important but also obligating evaluation that brings together the company and its team to keep the same high level of the activity we know best. That is the development of residential housing projects. On the other hand, the emergence of our leadership in other real estate categories reveals our ability to achieve good results in a much wider range of real estate development services,” says Domas Dargis, Managing Director of EIKA, while evaluating the results of the study.
According to Euromoney, Eika JSC was acknowledged the best Lithuanian Real Estate Development Company also in 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2008 and 2007, the Best Lithuanian Residential Housing Development Company in 2017, 2016, 2010 and 2008, and the Best Lithuanian Mixed Project Development Company in 2009.
