After 21 years of the general management Robertas Dargis, founder of EIKA group, assigned his son Domas Dargis as CEO. R.Dargis became the Chairman of the Board, recently established in the company and will continue to participate in the strategic business management.
D.Dargis, who is replacing the longtime General Manager of EIKA, has been heading the company’s development department since 2008 and was responsible for the development of residential and commercial projects. The position of Development Director now will be held by Martynas Žibūda, a former Deputy Director for Development.
Company group EIKA currently develops commercial and residential projects, owns more than 50 thousand square metres of real estate, takes part in public and private partnership projects as well as manages the construction service company “Eikos statyba” and is a co-owner of Kėdainiai Free Economic Zone (FEZ) management company.
