The Jasinskio 2 Business Centre will be located on J. Jasinskio Street 2, next to Tauras Hill – perhaps the most famous landmark for visitors and residents of the city. The A++ energy class building will uniquely blend into the city’s landscape and mark  the return of an important stretch of land to business.

• The business center will consist of 6 floors and 2 floors underground parking levels.
• The total leasable area of the business center will be slightly more than 7300 square meters.
• The Jasinskio 2 Business Centre will be equipped with a modern ventilation, heating and air-conditioning system that will ensure the highest level of air quality for every office guest and employee.

The architect of the business centre is Saulius Pamerneckis.

He is the head of UAB “SP architektų grupė”, council member of the Vilnius Regional Architectural Council (RAT), council member of the Vilnius Architectural-Urbanistic Expert Council, expert of the Lithuanian Science Council, project manager, certified architect (Certificate No A424).

Since 2005 he has been lecturing and supervising the final theses of architecture students at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
